Robert Bruce Dalglish, Principal

Mr. Robert  Bruce Dalglish, a resident of Philadephia, is responsible for the initiation, consummation and subsequent management of the firm’s private equity investments. He has actively managed acquired properties and served as Chairman, President and/or Director of WP’s portfolio companies. Prior to founding Wissahickon Partners, he was a Managing Director of Morse Partners Ltd. from 1988 to 2008, where he managed the firm’s private equity investing activities, worked on healthcare transactions, and served as Chairman or President of the firm’s portfolio companies. He was also the Managing Partner of CA Equity Partners and Chestnut Partners. He was a partner in Dimeling, Schreiber and Dalglish and held positions with Magnatex Corporation and Bank of America. Mr. Dalglish served as a Director of Retail Options, LLC, an investment firm funded by Sears Roebuck, Carrefour, Federated Department Stores, Organic, and St. Paul Venture Capital and served on Governor Ed Rendell’s Transition Committee for the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System (SERS) and the Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS). From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Dalglish served on the Public Policy Committee of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and is currently Chairman and CEO of Alliance Hospice LLC, which is headquartered in greater Philadelphia. Mr. Dalglish received his B.A. from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
